TERMS OF SERVICE

LICENSE (CC BY-ND)
✭ credit must be given to me if sharing (if sharing on ToyHouse/ArtFight, no permission is required as long as credit is given) otherwise, you must ask me
✭ no adaptation/changes of my work is permitted (however, altering for private use is fine as long as it is not shared publically/online)

✭ do not use my services for ill intent/illegal material/politics, etc
✭ do not ask me to alter my style/brush/technique
✭ I have the right to share the finished result unless asked not to
✭ I have the right to deny any commission

SKETCH / UPDATES / WAIT TIME
✭ when sketch is sent, you must look thoroughly at the artwork to spot any potential errors / forgotten details as there is a risk of glossing over certain aspects
✭ after confirming sketch, any requested additional changes cost extra
✭ if you require updates of the artwork during the process, you must ask me (updates may only be sent after payment)
✭ wait time varies depending on the commission, but averages around 2-5 days if I am constantly working

PAYMENT
✭ payment will be sent after confirmation of sketch (if no payment is received, I will not show you the final result if it is done)
✭ I only use PayPal to handle my services
✭ there are no refunds once you have approved the sketch
✭ I allow any currency as long as it is equal to the american cost

DRAW/DON'T DRAW

✓ - I draw: humans, monsters, dinosaurs, dragons, anthro, furry, creatures, gore, fanart
✗ - I do not draw: nudity, real people, highly detailed robots, vehicles, buildings

ABOUT CARTOONY
cartoony is an alternative style that I use when drawing. it is unique because:- doesn’t use shading
- patterns are simpler
- uses a simplistic style
- cheaper priceABOUT CHARACTERS
minor characters are background or smaller characters such as butterflies, pets, etcetera. if you want 2 characters drawn and one is much smaller in comparison, it may count as a minor character.
✭ minor characters cost less than a major character, however, price varies depending on complexity of said minor character

- any detail may be removed to alleviate price (etc. remove headshot)
- clothes/accessories count as extra details, therefore cost more depending on amount/complexity
- reference sheet is UNSHADEDnote; if there is a specific feature/pattern you want me to pay more attention to, please let me know so that as many changes as possible can be avoided!

PayPal/USD ($)✭ prices depend on how specific the request is, how many changes are to be made, and how complex the background/character(s) are.
✭ adding 1 character is a specific percentage of base price
depending on what form (headshot/halfbody/fullbody) the extra character(s) are, costs are as following:
↳ if added headshot: 40%
↳ if added halfbody: 60%
↳ if added fullbody: 80%
✭ cartoony is -50% of the total price
↳ the only exceptions are reference sheets where cartoony is -25% instead of -50%.
